Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. 

Local Calgary pickup may be available when noted at checkout. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. 

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
