Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All Feral Flame Studio products are hand-poured in small batches in Calgary, Alberta.

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, wax melts, or bath products.

This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or issue

We will happily replace or refund items that arrive damaged.

Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.
